The practice of Yoga and Pranayama have a great power to promote healing and bring the body, mind and spirit into alignment. I will guide you through specific sequences and gentle adjustments that will allow you to be in your body, increase flexibility, mobility and aid recovery from injuries. Using breath awareness as a tool for deepening into the practice, chants and mantra meditations to calm the mind reconnect with spirit.

Available for individual sessions, private groups, as add on to other services or for special events.
